the hotel itself is wonderful, with comfortable and simply decorated bedrooms. the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection of food, and the dining room had a beautiful view overlooking the beach. the hotel also has its own private beach, which was a great bonus. the location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to both Sta Margherita and Portofino. There is even a free shuttle to Portofino for added convenience. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing warm and attentive service. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great staff. Well designed hotel. Julia on reception was wonderful. A creit to your company. Lorenzo was very helpful and friendly - a credit to you also. Alan & Cathy Miller
We had one poor experience out of many good ones. The service at the beach was terrible one day. One hour to get a drink sorted out. There was only one staff member working and he seemed under pressure. A very nice young man - but was not able to deal with things on his own.

The hotel renovation has been completed to an excellent standard and the building and rooms look beautiful.
Although aesthetically pleasing the room size was incredibly small with not enough adequate storage space. There is no bath tub and no safe for personal belongings. Even as guests of the hotel you have to pay €25 per person per day to use the hotel's private beach.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The small boutique atmosphere is super chic and cozy. We were welcomed with a refreshing Prosecco and the room with a sea view and jacuzzi was jaw-dropping. The huge patio area was perfect for relaxing and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with a private beach just steps away. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a 6-star experience, always providing excellent service. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel is within walking distance of Sta Margherita and Portofino, and they even offer a free shuttle to Portofino. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back and experience this fantastic place again!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the water and a short walk to nearby attractions. It was great to have access to the private beach and take advantage of the included beach chairs and umbrellas.
The air conditioning was not working properly and it was a bit stuffy in the room. We also found the outside jacuzzi to be disappointing as the temperature did not get hot enough for us to enjoy it in the evenings. it was a decent stay but the lack of air conditioning made our stay quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfill your needs. the service is outstanding and the beach access is perfect. the massage and beauty treatments are top-notch, especially the facial which was rejuvenating. the treatment room is clean and relaxing. the sun terrace provides an amazing view of the water, and the sun loungers and beach umbrellas make for a relaxing beach experience. the leisure/TV room is a great place to unwind.
The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was with the restaurant. Although it was wonderful, the in-room breakfast could have been more varied.

The large terrace with a heated whirlpool tub overlooking the bay of Paraggi was the perfect place to unwind and relax. It felt like I was in a movie, luxuriating in the tub with a retractable HD TV and the gentle sound of the sea. The terrace truly transported me to a dreamlike state of relaxation and tranquility.
Noisy street side room.

Lovely Christmas break, great views from the restaurant and rooms. the staff was friendly, and the Christmas decorations were charming. the private beach was a highlight as well as the shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions. the meals were delicious and the spa was a relaxing experience after days spent exploring the area.
The rooms could have been cleaner. the showers did not have enough pressure, and the temperature control was hit-or-miss.

Nestled beautifully in an amazing area of Italy, this charming boutique hotel offers a seaside experience with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. It is perfectly situated on a picturesque little bay with a sandy beach. Lounge and sip drinks in the bar or on the beach, it's up to you. the hotel rooms are well, decorated and comfortable with modern bathrooms. the staff's 6, star service is outstanding, and the breakfast selection is delicious.
The hotel's Wi, Fi connection can be a bit frustrating to use.
